- AVA is an AI partner that works on things with you. It is software, not a person, and not a professional adviser.
- You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for checking anything consequential before you act on it.
Fair use
- One account is for one person.
- Don't use AVA to break the law, to harm someone, or to generate material that would.
- Automated abuse of the service (scraping, resale of capacity, credential sharing) ends the account.
Availability and change
- This is early software: features change, and outages happen.
- Material changes to these terms bump their version and ask you to accept again.
- You can leave at any time, and take your data with you.
