AVA by AIVAS
Privacy Notice
Version 2026-07-25-draft
What AVA stores
- Your conversation, the memory AVA builds from it, the files it produces for you, your settings, and the metadata needed to run your account.
- Credentials you connect are sealed with a per-user key. AVA reads them only to make the calls you asked for.
- Security events are recorded in an append-only audit chain.
What AVA never does
- Sell your data, or use your conversation to train a model for anyone else.
- Include password material in a data export — a privacy download must not be an account-takeover kit.
- Message anyone on your behalf without an explicit approval from you.
Your controls
- Pause autonomous work at any moment; the conversation stays up.
- Export everything AVA holds about you as JSON, Markdown or a zip archive.
- Delete your account. Erasure is verified store by store, and the parts that cannot be deleted (the shared audit chain) are redacted into content-free markers instead.
Third parties
- The model provider you connect receives the messages needed to answer you.
- If you connect Telegram, Telegram carries those messages.
- Nothing else receives your data unless you connect it yourself.
